Shipping Policy
We ship to all regions in Kenya and internationally at a reasonable cost. You can check the shipping rates at checkout before placing your order.
We process and shi orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
We are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses caused by the courier service or customs. However we will do our best to assist you in case of any issues with your order. Please contact us at info@bususkincare.co.ke if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Busu Skincare. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@bususkincare.co.ke with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to ship the products back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the products are defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be processed to tje original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the products. Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the products.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are on sale, clearence or customized. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used or tampered with.
