We process and shi orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Busu Skincare. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to ship the products back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the products are defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be processed to tje original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the products. Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the products.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are on sale, clearence or customized. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used or tampered with.
